VBS Studio Step 2: Backgrounds

Brighten and beautify your vision board by including an attractive and appropriate background image. You can add a different background for each "group" in your vision board.

Background images that have not been assigned a group are indicated with an empty frame. unassigned You will always have at least one background image.

Add an background slot add background then double click the preview on the right or click on the add image buttonimage to find a suitable image. Finally assign a group to the background.

save Save your vision board. If you want to save as then use the save as feature in the menu in the top left of the control bar.
AddBackImage Add a slot for a background image. When you have placed a picture into the backgroudn slot then do not forget to assign a “group” to it.
Delete background image Delete unwanted background images. Select the background slot in the list and press the delete background image. You cannot remove the final background image the VBS must have at least one background. If you want a colored background then create one in Microsoft Paint or use the VBS Poster application.
AddImage There are a number of way to add an image to your vision board script. Clicking on the add image button or double clicking the image column of the grid will open the Image Picker dialog. Select the image or images that you want and press ok. If you have selected multiple images then extra items will be create automatically to accommodate these images. It is also possible to drag images from your browser or windows explorer directly into the grid or by copy and pasting images. When selecting images make sure that the resolution of the image is of reasonable quality. When selecting images from the Online Image Library expand out the image first do not drag in thumbnail images.
Online Image Library The VBS comes complete with unlimited access to the Online Image Library. The image library is a valuable and easy to use resource and should be your first location to source images for your vision board. A account was set up when you registered the VBS, if you entered the information correctly then pressing the Image Library button will open your browser and automatically log you into the system. Find the images you want to use, make sure you either download the image or expand the thumbnail to full size before dragging into the VBS grid.
