The VBS software should only be installed on your own personal computer. We know many people have a home or desktop computer and a laptop computer and we are happy for you to install VBS on any computer that you are the main user. However, that doesn’t mean family, friends and colleagues need to miss out. The VBS system comes with a power sharing feature. It is possible to share a vision board script and install it on another computer even if it does not have the full VBS package installed.

In the control room of the VBS Studio you must first select the script that you wish to share and then click on the share icon.

The share function will ask if the intended recipient has the VBS software installed. If you know that they have the VBS package already then select the Yes option. If you are unsure then select the I don’t know option. If you have music or voice included then you may select the add audio option. You will be reminded not to share copyright music.



The share function will package your images, text and audio into a file that can be installed on another computer. This setup file can then be copied to another computer or memory stick. To find the setup file simply press the large button title “show me the location of saved file”.


It is also possible to upload your shared vision board to our online storage service (completely free) and send your intended recipient a link to the file. Simply press the “upload your vision board” button. Upload will potentially take some minutes depending on the speed of you internet connection. Once the upload is complete you will be shown a URL link, copy the link and paste into an email. When the recipient receives your email they simply click on the link to download your vision board setup file. Once downloaded the vision board can be installed by double clicking the setup .
