All you need to know about printing your Vision Board to paper

Your vision board does not need to remain confined to your computer. I recommend you display your vision board in other areas of your house or office. The Vision Board software allows you to print your personal vision board. Depending on your preference you can include the power words and affirmation and choose how many images you want to display per page. Your printed vision board will help to keep you inspired.

To print your vision board: Go to the Vision Board Wizard Go to the Control Panel Select the vision board you wish to print and click on the Print Icon on the right-hand side After a few second below Print dialog screen will appear

The default option will be set to display title, affirmations and power words and will print two images per page. You can a Print Preview on the right-hand side of the screen. If you are happy with the default option:

You can click on the Print button, to print these four pages as per default option Alternatively, I will guide you to all the different options

Page orientation:

Click on Edit Select the orientation, by highlighting the option In the example here the orientation is Portrait

Title / Affirmation / Power Words:
These options work in a similar way. I will discuss the Title in detail.

Print Title: Click on Title The tick in front of the words Print Title means that the title printed at the top of each page To remove the tick, select the option again When you open the title menu again, you will see that the tick as been removed On the Print Preview on the right-hand side, you can also see that the Title is no longer visible

Font Size: The current text size that is used is marked with a dot in front of it (in this case size 22) To change the size, click on a different size number (in this case size 14)

Font Color: The current text color that is used is marked with a dot in front of it (in this case Black) To change the text color, click on a different Color (in this case Red)

When you change your font color, ensure it is not the same color as your background, as it will appear invisible.

The above items: Print Title, Font Size and Font Color are also available under Affirmations and Power Words. The Print Preview on the right immediately updates as soon as you have made a change. This will help you to determine the effect of your changes.

Title box: You can change the title of your vision board script by: Clicking in the title box Typing a new title

Background: In the print dialog you can also change the background color. When printing to paper I recommend that you leave the background color white (you can find further details on the use of other available colors in section regarding exporting to electronic devices). If you prefer some more color I suggest using colored paper instead.

Images per page:
Under this heading you can change how many pictures will be displayed on your page, when you print them out. Consequently, this will also have an effect on how many pages you’ll need to print out your entire vision board script. The default setting is two images per page.

To change the setting: Click on the radio button in front of the image amount You are able to select only one option The result will be visible immediately on the screen on the right-hand side; the Print Preview With the scrollbar at the bottom of the Print Preview you can click the trough the total amount of pages to be printed

Print:

• Click on Print (at the bottom of the page)

Or

• Select File and highlight Print from the menu

This will bring you to your normal print dialog, where you can click OK to proceed with the print job.
