How do I export my Vision Board to my PDA or Digital Photo Frame?
Rather than printing your vision board on paper you can leave it in an electronic format and export this to your mobile phone, PDA or digital photo frame. The software will create a “picture” (in JPEG format) of each printable page of your vision board.
After you have chosen your preferences as described under the Printing to paper section, follow below steps to make an exportable “picture” of your vision board script:
- Click on Open Export Location (at the bottom of the page)
- You will see an empty folder called output
- Click on your print dialog area again, to place this in the foreground of your screen
- Click on Export
If you have selected less then eight images per page, you will (most likely) have more then one page of output, in this case:
- Scroll to the next print preview / output page
- Click on Export again
- Repeat the process until all pages have been exported
Each time you click on Export you will see a JPEG file appear in your output folder. The image below shows you four output files or exportable images.
You can see:
- The title of your file, e.g. “VisionBoard”
- The number of images per page, e.g. 2.
- The last number is the image number, 1 till 4
- The quality of your photo, e.g. “HQ” for High Quality
Which quality types are there?
There are three different quality types. The default option is set to High Quality, e.g. HQ. This means that when you click on the Export button the output will always be in high quality. Although, high quality is preferred, in some cases the output file will be too large in size to be used by the electronic device of your choice.

To change to a lower quality output type:

As soon as you have selected this option your file will be created in the output folder. You do not need to click on the Export button again. The low resolution cell phone option will be displayed with the letters “LQ”, the high resolution cell phone option is displayed with the letters “EQ” that stands for “Enhanced Quality”. As you can see from the above screen shot the third option is called “Photo Frame” and this is the highest quality option that is chosen when you use the Export button. Please refer to the manual of your electronic devise, to learn about how to import this picture. This manual will also give you an indication which quality (or file size) will be suitable.
