Q. Why Vision Board?
A. In order to achieve dreams in life it is imperative to set goals.
Very powerful in this process is visualizing these goals through the use of pictures. Feeding your mind regularly with a picture of your dream car, dream career or dream house, triggers your subconscious mind to take the daily actions necessary to achieve them.
An affirmation is a positive self talk statement, stated in the present tense that covers the goal you want to achieve. An example is “I am a great communicator”.
